I would describe Eero as an evergreen classic: you can meet an Eero in every living generation, so yes, it is a popular name. Eliel is more a vintage trendy name: it was first trendy in the late 1800's/early 1900's and now again in the 2010's. It's a funny coincidence that you mentioned both Eliel and Eero because they belonged to a famous father-son duo, architects Eliel Saarinen and Eero Saarinen. :)

Klaus Eliel Sebastian and Hugo Eero Nikolai are awesome!I would’ve loved Sofia Ada if I weren’t so tired of this name.

Eevi Elea, siblings Elma and Eino - I kind of like this, but it feels too trendy. Elma is pretty. Not liking the same letter theme.
Viima - Dislike. It feels more masculine. As a girls name, it's too close to Vilma (which I definitely prefer over Viima).
Taimi Kaarina - I'm not sure if Taimi is ready for a comeback. For me, it's still too frumpy. Love Kaarina.Eero Erland Juusonpoika, brother Jalmari - I generally dislike Xpoika or Xtytär names, but this one works. Love seeing Jalmari!
Johannes Frans Mikael, sister Irene - Ooh, adore!
Tilhi Mio Elia - I don't think Tilhi works as a (first) name at all, and overall the combo is too trendy.
