[Opinions] Francine
WDYT? Very sweet name. I can't picture on a child, but on an adult. However, Casey Niestat named his daughter Francine, and she's about 6/7 now.

Love it! Francine from the Arthur series is the only reference I have for it. Very tomboyish and friendly type name imo.

Francine is so pert! peppy! brassy! I considered it for one of my rats.

Francine is one of those names that I once hated so much that I accidentally fell in love with it. Everything that annoyed me about it suddenly became the reason I liked it. It's grating in a way that grew on me. I like Francine.I have to agree with Anneza - it is inherently bratty. But that's part of its charm for me. Francine is a tough little name.

The only Francine I've ever known was a 13-year-old brat! Which doesn't help my opinion of the name: objectively I know it's pretty and actually nicer than Frances, but subjectively ...

It’s rather nice. I much prefer it to the boring old Frances and it’s quite similar to my name (Françoise).

I do like it. For some reason, I am currently loving just plain Frances the most of all the related names, though.
