Alejandra and Catalina "Aly and Cat" is cute.
I think David is a fairly International choice, its used in both Russian and Spanish and easy to pronounce.
I love Leonardo, Lorenzo and Julian but they all lean towards the Spanish side, and not so much Russian or Slavic. That is, if you are wanting a name that applies to both.
