I can see the appeal, there is something romantic about Ever. I guess because it evokes the end of a fairy tale, the "happily ever after" part. It has potential but it's too brief to hold my attention for long. Maybe as a double name?
Ever Angeline is really pretty, and Ever Olivia has a lovely sound.
I'd combo it with something that evokes that fairytale/romantic literature feeling:
Ever Juliet
Ever Eurydice
Ever Evangeline
Ever Nimue
Ever Emmeline
Ever Seraphine
Ever Dorothy
Ever Amelia
Ever Christabel
Ever Ophelia
