I highly doubt that these lists are reliable and robust to any interesting degree.

The Philippines, like most "third-world" countries I would guess, only gradually moved to use official birth registers over the course of the 20th century. Many older people even don't know their own birthdays for sure, and they only have records of baptism, if any at all.

Even today the Philippines only sporadically publish official "hitparades" of the names of newborns, and then only with the top 10 or top 5 names or so.

Of course you can mass-scan any public records that you can get hold off, for any country you like, and then simply and blindly tabulate any names you find there, without giving sources, without giving estimates how many % of the general population you covered with that, but this is nothing I would rely on personally.
