[Opinions] Sibset Sighting
I mostly noticed it because it is basically my favorite names abridged but I wanted people's thoughts on it: Elle
Leo
Faye
Evie-Joy
MarieI like Evie and Joy separately but dislike it as a double barrel it's a bit of a mouthful. The others aounds very nice and complimentary I think. Not sure what they were thinking on Evie-Joy though instead of just Evie or Eve but that's me.Please rate my favorite names list if you have a spare moment, thank you :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/223226/138473

Elle, Leo, Faye and Evie-Joy are quite. Marie is boring imo. I agree that Evie, Eve or Eva would have worked better with the other names. I also think Mary would have been nicer than Marie.

I like most of these names but, like you, prefer extended versions. I'm also not a fan of the double barrel. If I named this set it would probably beEllen
Leo
Faye
Eva
Maria (or Marie)Which versions would you choose if they weren't abridged? (I.e. your favorite names mentioned above)

Well my top boy and girl names are Leonardo and Evangeline, and Elodie is a long time resident of my short list, people are probably sick of me mentioning it lmao. But in general long names cupped with short NNs are my cup of tea. Here is what I'd do with this set: Elisabetta "Ellie"
*ik I said my fav El- name is Elodie but I like Elisabetta for this fake set, I also like Elisabella*Leonardo "Leo"
Florence "Faye" or Francesca "Faye"
Evangeline "Eva"
Marguerite "Marie, Meg or Maggie"

It doesn't make sense to me. Leo and Marie work together, and Elle and Evie-Joy work together, and Faye and Marie work together, but the quintet is totally discordant.

Nice to see Marie being used! It's such a pretty name. It's actually quite a sweet set overall. Evie-Joy is a bit much, you're right, but it's still working for me.

I love Marie as a first name. It has class and grace to it and is definitely underused as a first name. It should be used less as a middle and more as a first imo. I wish I thought to ask for middle names too. I've known a handful of Maries before, three I knew their MNS: Marie Grace, Marie Olga and Marie Claire.

I've always liked Marie most as a first name because you usually see it in the middle. And I used to not like Faye at all, but I'm warming up to it lately.

I love Faye and I hope to see more of it soon. I've met 2 total thus far.
