I don’t know why but Kiley for a boy popped in my head the other day. That spelling only. I don’t think I would ever actually use it but it’s just a thought.

I saw Kylee on a male character, short for Kyle Lee and I really liked it.

This is pretty cute too. It's similarity to Riley makes it seem more unisex.

No. It sounds exactly like Kylie, which is a girls' name/ On a boy, at best, it sounds like a sickly-cute nn for Kyle.
