Even more moving and shaking in my feminine name list this month!
Nicholas Julian
Wesley Owen Rhys
Finn Gabriel
Donovan Leo
Malcolm Elliott
Nathaniel Bennett
Jonathan Isaac
Dominic Edwin
Adam Raphael
Luke Edmund James
&
Sabrina Lily
Miranda Willow
Juliet Athena
Luna Guinevere
Amalia Claire
Xenia Violet
Saffron Penelope
Felicity Charlotte
Winifred Eleanor
Morgana Rosalie
Adam replaced Julian on the list this month (the latter becoming a new middle for Nicholas); and Amalia, Saffron, Winifred, and Morgana (a very
very old favorite) replaced Claire (which became a middle), Fern, Cara, and Maxine.
I'm still not 100% sold on the combos for Saffron & Winifred.
Now, ten years ago (May 2011), these were my Top 10 combos:
Alistair Logan
Cameron Michael
Ewan Piers
Gavin Charles
Hunter Leland
Nathaniel Edmund
Richard Sawyer
Robert Lachlan
Wesley Aldous
William Adrian
&
Aurelia Celeste
Aveline Violet
Cecily Willow
Eirlys Bronwyn
Elowen Tesni
Ember Laureline
Liliana Pearl
Lucidia Nova
Olivia Marigold
Sabrina Faye
What, exactly, was Ewan doing on that list‽ I can't stand that name today - it makes me think "you win" and sounds insufferable (as a concept behind the name). Otherwise, the masculine list is filled with familiar names. The feminine list has many more wildcards (I remember trying to make "Ember Laureline" stick - blech!), but Aurelia Celeste stuck around for a long time.
