This is my name!My name is spelled this exact way, though I go by Meg sometimes. My late grandma used to call me Meggie.

It's okay, but I much prefer Megan. I don't really understand why the 'h' was added when it's pronounced exactly the same. It makes no sense.

My instinct is to pronounce the H but I don't think that's correct. I prefer most Margaret variants over this one.

It's ok, prefer Megan though.

Megan is OK; overused and dated, but still OK.The h in Meghan annoys me beyond all sense and reason.

I kinda hate it. Especially if it isn't Megan. Don't get adding any extra letters.

The variety of spellings has kept the name from ever being appealing to me (I could never keep track of the Meghan/Megan/Meagans I knew or knew of.) This particular spelling isn't my favorite of them, but it isn't my least favorite either. (I'm not sure I have a favorite spelling, actually - this one makes me go "what's the h here for?" but Megan feels slightly... bare?) Meg is cute, of course, but I'd rather get that straight from Margaret.

Uuuuuuuglyand dated and boring

The gh is unattractive. I like Megan.

A drab stump.Who would choose such a boring name?

I really don't like it, (hope there are no hard feelings). Megan looks far better, imo.
And I will always prefer Margaret - "the original source".

I don't like Megan at the best of times, and Meghan just looks clumsy to me. It looks harsh and cruel. Perfect name for a bully.

I like Megan prounounce me gan

I think Megan is obnoxious, and Meghan doubly so because I generally think the gh combo is visually ugly.

Very late 80s to early 90s name.
P.S. I see a lot of not so subtle people voicing their not so subtle *opinions*

What do you mean? Of course, this is an opinion page

Not a fan, seems too insubstantial 80s or 90s filler name.
