I do like it and Roxanna and Roxanne. I’ve never minded these names and always found them quite interesting and more on the edgy side.

I prefer Roxane, but they are both beautiful names. They're both fast becoming favourites of mine!

Roxana is cool, but takes charisma to carry it off. I prefer it to the more popular (but still not common) Roxanne.

The meaning is nice but I dislike the sound. Roxanne nn Roxie is better. But in general not a huge fan of this group of names, they sound sort of harsh.

I like it, it blends with the -ana names so popular rt now so I don't think a kid would bat an eye hearing it. It's a shade more usable than Roxanne for sure though I still like Roxanne as well.
