It looks unnecessarily complicated and first thing that came to mind was aliens. It has a nice meaning though. I prefer Eliana.
I love the meaning and going by Perrine's pronunciation I like how it sounds. But the way it looks is uneven--way too many vowels. I'm also a little wary about having to explain the pronunciation all the time.
It's nice but the pronunciation is too difficult and people will always mix it up with Eliana (and then they won't be sure whether it's Ellianna, Elliana, Elianna or one of the million other spellings).
I also think that the correct pronunciation is eye-lee-ah-na (because AE = EYE in Latin as far as I know, Laelia is LYE-lee-ah, for example). So that will give you more misspellings Eyeliana, Ieliana, Ailiana etc. etc.
