She freaked me out so much when I was little!
It doesn't work. It sounds like an ugly mixture of the words "tangerine", "tan", "angina", "vagina", "anger" etc.

Me too. The entire movie freaked me out as a kid— especially that clown scene.
That said I don’t like the name. I don’t care for it pronounced Tan GEE nuh TAHN gee nuh or even worse Tan GYE nuh
