I like both
Anastasia and
Anastacia, though I have a bias in favour of the latter because of the singer and the "s" isn't repetitive.
The singer pronounces her name as a-nas-TAY-shah.

When I found out that
Anastasia is still being used in Spain, I got very surprised, since it's regarded as an old name there.
