Er, what's the problem, both Farrah and Farah are in the main database. In Germany it was known through Farah Diba, the last queen consort of Persia (the Persian royal family was regularly featured in the German tabloid press), so the name may have spilled over to ethnic Germans.
The English wikipedia has some additional info on Nalia, but I didn't cross-check for reliability.
