I met a girl recently who reminds me of this description, and her name was Arabella. So maybe I'd name her that.
Honestly though, Jezzika doesn't seem to fit her because I think of Jessica as a smart, cunning sort of name. A bit cruel, even. It's a very "hard" sort of name, a glamorous power name. And Jezzika has that kind of "boss" energy in spades, with those zeds and k's. So the idea of a sweetly naïve, airheaded little princess named Jezzika doesn't track for me. I'd maybe call her Emmilee or Bryttani or even Chelcie or something. But not Jezzika.

Really? Perhaps its because I knew her for most of my life that I don't associate the name with "boss energy" of any sort.
Cruel... maybe in terms of being an average judgemental teen, but I don't think she's "cruel" exactly. She wasn't the only one who made fun of my music taste and she was what? 13? We were close until we left school and then we naturally drifted apart. She's the only member of my "close friend group" who never did anything malicious. I sometimes wonder how she's doing, but I've no contact for her anymore
I think Arabella is a great name for her!
Edit: I do remember once that when she asked what I was listening to, I let her listen and she said "Finally! Something modern!" I was listening to one of the songs from the 1999 Pokemon soundtrack. It was 2009.
