I am aware, of the slang word j---, however, was curious to see if people here thought that it would be acceptable in America, possibly, as a middle name. I would suppose it was a combination of Isabella and the less popular, Jezebel. Wdyt?

I'm not even American, I'm just online a lot so I can't escape the culture and this name looks like it's been made up to taunt an Isabella.

Looks as if it had been invented by a small child for a doll she didn't really like. I should add that I'm unaware of any similar slang word; probably hasn't arrived yet where I live.

Hard no. There's the slang word, and then there's the unfortunate Biblical connotation with Jezebel. It wasn't long ago that promiscuous women were frequently called Jezebels. Add j--- and you're set up for instant failure. It's very rare that I feel this way about a name, and I feel bad that I do, but in America (even as a middle name) I genuinely think it's unusable. People my age and younger are constantly using the word j---, even if they don't understand who or what a Jezebel is.

I think it could be acceptable in America if probounced as YIZ-uh-bel-uh or something like that

No, I don't think it'd be usable as a first or middle name. Jizabela looks made up, I doubt that it's actually Kashubian.
