I really like the noble and upper-class sound. The meaning is fine. It would be a heavy name to bear, but I wouldn't mind using it. It works both with people and fictional characters and pets. Also, it's a rare name and I like rare names.

I don’t mind it, but I’d never use it. Cleo on the other hand I LOVE and would use without hesitation.

It's so exotic, and I like it, but it's too much for a human. I do like it on a cat, I think a cute nickname would be Cleopatty.
