I really don’t like it. I’ve always thought it was cheesy. I’ve heard it described as elegant but to me it lacks the subtlety of an elegant name. I’d prefer Natalia many times over for a Christmas baby.
I won’t choose names based on what I like, but instead based on what I think goes with Noelle.

I wouldn't say it's elegant. Friendly and familiar in that millennial mom way, but not elegant.
Noelle is 34 now, and she drives her kids to soccer practice and she is super blonde and super nice.
