Holland Lo? As in, the Low Countries? And if her parents are trying to be trendy, they are actually being retro instead, because the Dutch themselves no longer accept Holland as a name for the whole country - they used to, but in fact it is the name of one of the provinces of the Netherlands.

I suppose Holly could be a nickname for Holland. That would be a slight improvement.
