I don't like giving twins matching names, but I suppose these aren't; The names need not rhyme.
Michaela "Kale"
Dorothea "Teddy"
Michelle "Mitch, Micthie"
Nikola "Nik, Nicky"
Terra "Terry" works perfectly.
Cambria "Cam"
I made stretches for the first pair, but that's my most favorite.
