Simon and Otto work, as does Otto and Willow. Willis is much to similar to Willow, which sticks out stylistically. Just for fun, if I was to add a child, I'd go with Simon, Willis, Willow, Otto, and Elias or Freya.

It was almost nice, and then they had to use Willow and Willis in the same sibset. If you take one of those two out, it's actually pretty good.

Willis and Willow are far too similar for siblings. One of them would be fine but not both together.

I would change them to Simon, Emrys, Willow, and Milo.

Willow and Willis are too close. Simon is okay. I’m not a fan of Otto at all.

They were doing so well and then they used basically the same name twice. Willis and Willow together is ridiculous, especially because the others are perfectly balanced between different sounds while still sounding like they were named by the same people.

I've seen them on IG too! They are so cute and I love Willis on a boy! I feel like Willis and Willow are too close though and both might go by Will or Willie so that might be a problem, but other than that they are cute! Simon and Otto are very old-fashioned and not really my style but still ok for them! overall I ok them!
