[Opinions] Julia

It's my sister's name, so I'm biased, but I really think it's beautiful. I call her Juju as a nickname, and her full name is Julia Liselotte, which I find melodic and elegant. I've never cared much for Julie or Juliana, but there's nothing wrong with them. I prefer Juliana to Julie, as Julie seems boring. I plan to give my potential future daughter the middle name Julia, to honor my sister.

I like all three but I find it difficult to pair it.
It’s a nice name but everyone I know and their uncle seems to be naming their daughter Julia/Julie/Giulia. Juliana’s more interesting at this point.
I too now sooo many Julia's. It's a perfectly fine name, but I know too many. I do love Juliana, but then I love most names ending in ana :)
Julia is a classic that you just can't go wrong with. It has never been the #1 name, and there are other classics that are even more enduringly popular (Catherine / Katherine, Elizabeth, Anna, Margaret, etc.); but there are enough Julias in each generation that it never feels out of place.
Julia Daphne
Julia Delphine
Julia Maris
Julia Catherine
Julia Rose
Julia Rosalind
Julia Marguerite
Julia Blair
Julie feels more dated to me, though it's by no means a bad name. Juliana is my personal favorite variant of this name family, though (my stock combo is Juliana Celeste).

I've met a million Julias, and I'm kind of done with the name.
