What do you think of Salisbury as a given name? If you don't like it, what would you like to replace it with?

It's like a Central Casting first name for a pompous British dandy. Lord Salisbury Reginald Winston Perrywinkle-Puffington, Esquire.
Salisbury is the name of a good-size town in Maryland about a half hour from me. It's the place we go to for the mall and movies.
I know someone with the last name Salisbury so it's not beyond the realm of possibility of being a first name, but it would be very over the top.

It's not bad. It's usually pretty plain and old-fashioned but definitely comfort food, sort of like meatloaf.
That's definitely my first thought with Salisbury followed up by the song "Solsbury Hill" by Peter Gabriel, since they are so similar.

My first thought is the song and album of the same name by Uriah Heep.
I don’t love it as a name but I could see it being used as a masculine name. He’d be friends with Tarquin, Ambrose and Guildford. I would imagine it was his mother’s name before marriage or a private (public in England) school where the boys were either referred to by their last name or there was another boy who had the same first name as him so the last name was used to tell them apart.
