My son's name is Peter. In full, Peter David Alastair, all three names have personal significance.
His little sister used to eat pita bread eagerly; she liked it, and was also convinced that it had been named after her brother!

Your son has a very nice name! I think I’d actually use Peter Alastair, personally.
