I prefer Tiana to Tatiana, but they’re both nice! Personally, I probably wouldn’t use it. However, it’s still a nice name. You could use the nickname “Tia” which is pretty cute. If I were to choose a similar name, I’d go for Tia, Taniya, or Tania.
