Not crazy about either, but if I had to choose, then Liliana.

I feel like the "Xan" in Alexandra is too nasal. Alexandria on the other hand has -ia, which softens it.
As for Liliana, I think it's incredibly pretty.

Liliana is a very pretty name, but if you're not careful the liquidity of the name could cause the syllables to all run into each other.

Both are uncomfortably long as fns. I don't enjoy Lil- names, so I'd choose Alexandra, which is lovely, but only as a mn.
Both are on my list - Liliana as a first name, Alexandra as a middle (spelt differently as it’s a family name). Both are very pretty but I prefer Liliana.
