[Opinions] Re: Alma
in reply to a message by )(
It was my maternal grandmother’s name and I don’t think she ever liked it that much and I wasn’t overly keen on it either. Then she passed away nearly 7 years ago and I miss her terribly and we almost used it for our DD’s mn! We haven’t done any honouring names though and we didn’t want to start anything with other family members, so we chose an A name instead. My DH’s maternal grandmother also has an A name, so it worked for both. I do love the meanings of the name Alma, very sweet.Sarah -
