Lourdes isn't only used by the French, it's also used among Spanish-speakers. I've met a Lourdes only once, but she was an older Hispanic woman and said her name more like LOR-dhehs.

In the case of singer Madonna's daughter Lourdes, I believe her father is Hispanic as well.
