I prefer Petra over Paula, I like it better since it seems more fresh. It also has some ancient feel to it.
I would pick Cecile over Sybil, although Sybil looks decent. Cecile is not one of my favorite names, but it does have an elegant sound. However, I do prefer Cecilia or Cecily.
