Elenia should be one of the many possible transcriptions of Еленя (Yelenya), which is a Russian diminutive of Yelena (which is often variantly transcribed as Elena).
You see, the standard transcription of the Russian capital letter Е is Ye, but it is often variantly transcribed as E because that is just a tad easier and more recognisable (especially for those unfamiliar with the Russian language). Some other languages will transcribe the letter as Je (see Jelena, for example).
Similarly, the standard transcription of the Russian lower-case letter я is ya, but it is often variantly transcribed as ia and in some other languages as ja. For example, compare Tatyana with Tatiana and Tatjana.
So, for Еленя (Yelenya) you can get all manner of transcriptions, and Elenia is one of them.
