Opinions on Roxana? Especially interested in what you dislike about it, bash it if you want :)

Do you prefer a variation of it (Roxanna, Roxanne)?

I'm a fan of all the variants, but on thinking about it I think Roxana is my favorite. It's got a particular sort of elegance.

Roxana is beautiful, doesn’t need another a, and better than Roxanne. I enjoy it very much and I would consider it.

I’m definitely considering it. I feel like it’s timeless whereas Roxanne is dated.

I like Roxana, but I don't hate it. It's definitely more complete sounding then Roxanne. Then again I think it might have to do with me preferring Anna over Anne.
I also really like Ruksana.
Roxy isn't a nickname I like for any form of the name.

I don’t hate it, but I don’t really like it either. I prefer Roxanne.

And as far as spelling goes, I prefer Roxanna over Roxana.

Sounds like the lead character in a 1950s paperback romantic novel. And I really can't warm up to any of the variants either.

I love Roxana! It's beautiful, classical and recognisable.

I do worry about Roxy though.
