Help[Opinions] Lucious vs Lucifer
Lucifer was an arch angel, when he was stripped of his wings and condemned to hell is when he became Satan! So NO Lucifer is NOT the devil, Satan is the devil, after being stripped of wings and title from heaven! You see Lucifer was the first Angel, God's right hand man you could say, and when God spoke and said let there be light, therefore Lucifer was born, because the name Lucifer means bringer of light! When he tried to take his father's thrown (God), God condemned him to hell stripped his title and renamed him Satan which means accuser or adversary which means one whom brings conflict! PLEASE stop abusing my name, I'm NOT the devil, hopefully this will shed some "light" onto my name...

Lucious seems to just be a misspelling or variant of Lucius, which means "light."

Stripped of his wings? I saw that show, he had Mazikeen cut them off, then went and opened a nightclub....now, his brother, Amenadiel, has an interesting name.

Has nothing to do with the TV show, the actual story of Lucifer and God, Lucifer was God's first Angel and tried to take God's place, God stripped him of his wings, title, and condemned him to hell as Satan! Come on people act educated around here, I know it's the internet but we can be mature here as well!!

Lucious just means light which is derived from the Latin term Luc which means light ...now, would you want to be known as light, or would you like to be known as a light-bearer?!

My apologies I said bringer in the blog, the word is bearer, I made a typo! Lucifer means light-bearer!
