[Opinions] Bellamy
Thoughts on Bellamy for a person? Is it more feminine or masculine to you?
I’ve probably posted about Bellamy before, it’s my boy dog’s name, but I was just thinking how it’s not on my top 10 for a person, even though I love it. However Cecilia, my snake’s name, is on my top 10. I’d probably consider it as a middle name for a daughter.
I guess I just feel like Bellamy wouldn’t work as well for a person? Idk. Thoughts?

I like it. I didn't used to, but I warmed up to it when I heard it in real life, which was also around when a poster here (Cherish?) used it for a kid.
It just sounds really nice or personable to me? Like pleasant names from the 90s, except now. It sounds unisex to me, but I guess I slightly prefer it for guys. The cadence is similar to Bethany or Jeremy.

Hate this, find it whiney and annoying. Would picture it as a snooty butler's (sur)name before a given name for any kid let alone a girl. Do not understand how it has any appeal at all as a given name.
Unisexual, but I would use it on a girl most likely. I love the meaning and I find it sweet. Pleasant and likable name.
This name is really growing on me for a girl. I’m surprised it’s catching on with the boys. It sounds way too feminine.
To me Bellamy is masculine because of the character from the 100.
It’s a last name to me
I think it's ok, more feminine
