Yes it is masculine. I think it is pronounced like ROAR-ic or maybe ROAR-c. (Im not sure how to use the real pron. symbol so I made up my own :))

Gotcha...I like it a lot, actually! Maybe Ruarc James?...Ruarc John? I don't know, I think J names sound nice with it, imo.
