[Opinions] What do you think of these names for my twin girls?
I want my girls to both have two middle names. I want the middle names to be a bit more American since their first names are Indian. For my first daughter I chose “Juhi Isabella Marie” and for my second we have been thinking “Janhvi Rosemary Anne” though we are not entirely sure about Janhvi’s middle name. I would like for her to have a middle name that incorporates the word rose. Please let me know if you like the names and what suggestions you have!

What about Rosamund or Rosalind? Rosemary is nice, but I don't care for having two names with an ee sound ending in a row. Juhi and Janhvi have very similar sounds. A different ending sound or a different first initial would help them standout from each other. If the first name was switched to a name that doesn't end with ee, then Rosalie might be a cute middle name.

Rosalind isn't really my taste, but I get what you mean with the ee sound twice in a row. I will try to break up the vowel endings somehow to avoid repetition. Thanks!

The endings wouldn't be a problem as when you say them but they are 3 syllables apart

How is Juhi pronounced? I find Isabella Marie boring, and I wouldn't use Marie and Rosemary in the same sibset. Rosemary Anne is lovely, not sure how I feel about Janhvi and Rosemary both ending in an EE sound.

It's pronounced Joo-hee. What would you suggest in place of Isabella Marie? I wanted classic timeless middle names but I agree that they do have a tendency to sound a bit boring. I was also considering just Rose Anne or Roselle which both solve the EE sound problem.

I think Juhi and Janhvi are too similar for twins. Some middle names:Susanna/Susannah
Louisa
Isabel/Isobel
Corinna
Annabel
Clementine
Laura
Alice
SophiaAs both names are one syllable long, Rose Anne feels abrupt. What do you think of Rosalind and Rosamund?

Corina and Clementine are so pretty! I like Rosaline over Rosalind and Rosamund is nice too but my family doesn't really like it. I agree that Rose Anne is too abrupt - I'm hoping to follow a similar syllable pattern as Isabella Marie.

They’re very nice, I agree that Isabel might have better flow but I honestly don’t see a big problem. The combo “Rosemary Anne” is gorgeous and old-fashioned.

Thanks! I loved the old-fashioned vibe of Rosemary Anne as well!

I'd prefer Isabel to Isabella: the rhythm pleases me more and it's not so frilly and trendy. Rosemary is fine; I think Rosalie might be more modern, and I'd prefer Rosamond, but Rosemary would be my second choice.

You're right, the syllables for Isabel might flow better. Thanks! I think I prefer old-fashioned names so I'd pick Rosemary over Rosalie.

Those names are fine. Other Rose names Rosalie or Primrose are nice. 2 j names as first names could be confusing especially ending in I. I prefer sibs with different initials especially twins

Primrose is such a pretty name! I chose two J names because it's kind of a tradition in my family to have siblings with the same names. I agree they might be confusing though since they both end with the same letter.

Those names are perfect.
