I love the names Kaye, Samantha, Laurel, and Celeste; Helena and Sloane are also nice. I’d say this is a very solid list of names, Kaye or Samantha being my favorite.

Kaye: It’s alright, but doesn’t do much for me personally Sloane: I can see it working for a girl, but overall I think it’s just okayLaurel: I agree with the suggestion that maybe Laura or Lauren are good alternatives to this choiceSamantha: A great name! I personally feel like it is timeless and fitting at any stage of life. Sam is of course a great tomboyish nickname as wellHelena: It’s a pretty and strong name, but I can only ever associate it with the Midsummer Night’s Dream character (but I am a fan of Shakespeare, so maybe this is just me XD)Celeste: A beautiful name for sure! But I would be worried that people would consider it stuffy or old fashioned. I think it is very pretty though.

Kaye - I prefer Kay and Kai. The ending E is superfluous. If there is a cultural/literary reason for using the E ending, honoring someone with that spelling, then I understand keeping it.
Sloane - ugly.
Laurel - cute in a whimsical fairytale cottage core way.
Samantha - 1980s but nice.
Helena - elegant
Celeste - Okay, but I'm wary of overtly heavenly/virtue names. I tend to imagine a situation where the kid turned out to be the opposite of their name, so a pessimistic Hope, an atheist Christian, poor Prosper, etc..

Kaye: It's fine but I think it is pretty boring. I'd only use it for a middle name.
Sloane: I've met many people who found it hard to pronounce. For me, it's fine on paper but I find the pronounciation unnapealing.
Laurel: I love it, it's gorgeous.
Samantha: It's fine but too long for me.
Helena: I like it, but only with the Brazilian pronounciation (eh-LEH-nu).
Celeste: Same as Sloane: pretty on paper but I don't like the pronounciation. Besides, it's very dated where I live.

Sticking an e on the end of Kay and Sloan seems pointless.Kay is fine as a nn.
Sloan(e) is all surname, and I don;t like lnfns without a strong family connection.
I much prefer Laura to Laurel.
Samantha is dated and comes across as fake: a merger between Sam (We wanted a boy, but ...) and, perhaps, Anthea? I dislike it.
I prefer Helen to Helena (HELena? heLEEna? heLAYna?)
Celeste isn't too bad: a lot to live up to, and the only one I know hates it with a passion and will not answer to it.

Kaye - No, sorry. Its a nickname and for some reason reminds me of Kanye. I wouldnt use it as a full name but a nickname for Kasey, ect.
Sloane - Maybe? idk, don't really like the Ane.
Laurel - Really good actually, I like this.
Samantha - Meh.
Helena - Same as Samantha
Celeste - Prefer other versions but still nice.

Kaye - Just the letter K with a few extra letters tacked on to make it a word and not a single letter.Sloane - Solely a male name or surname.Laurel - BoringSamantha - Outdated, dullHelena - Better then boring old Helen.Celeste - My favorite of these though I prefer Celestine.

Kaye seems like a nickname or a surname. Maybe a middle name at the most. I wouldn't use it as a first name because it just feels incomplete. Sloane also feels like a middle name, but at least it has more substance should you want to use it as a first name. It doesn't feel like a nickname like Kaye does. Still not crazy about it.Laurel -I really like this. It's got class, a naturey feel, and it's not too common or unusual. Samantha -Still feels like a name that hasn't had enough space from its super popular spell in the 80s and 90s. It feels old and bland to me. Plus, I've never been a fan of female names that say "man" in them. Helena -It's classy and underused. Really like this.Celeste -It gets a lot of hate, but I like its meaning and it has a classic feel to it. It's cool.

Kaye: It's all right as a middle name, I guess, if you can't think of anything else. I don't like the e on the end.Sloane: One of the all-time ugliest names going.Laurel: It's okay but it doesn't roll off smoothly. Laura or Lauren are better.Samantha: This is cute but a bit generic.Helena: Never sure how to say it so that's a dealbreaker. Elena is nice.Celeste: Feels cold and aloof, and also makes me think of shampoo.
