I think Lys works great.

For combinations, it ok to tweak the spelling ?
Lysbie + Sophie = Solys, Lysfie, Sosbie,
Lysbie + Emily = Emsby, Emmibee, Emiliss, Lisemille
Lysbie + Vivian = Lysian, Vivbie, Visby, Vivlis
Lysbie + Camilla = Cambie, Limilla, Lisbilla, Camlys

Of those combos, I like Lisemille, Visby, Camlys, Lysian, Emiliss, and Sosbie, but my favorite is Solys.

I went with Lysiana (Lysbie + Viviana, a variant of Vivian). Thanks for the ideas!!! (Lys would be the nickname her family would sometimes call her.)

I would stick with the original spellings. I also could potentially use Vysbie.
