I’ve always seen this name as more masculine, and I’ve known mostly boys called Logan. However, I could also picture this on a girl; I used to know a girl named Logan. I think that Logan is a solid name, and that it’s very cool-sounding.

It's okay for boy but I don't like it for girl that sounds surname-y to me.

It's one of my favorite unisex names. I definitely prefer it as a female name, but don't mind it as male

Kind of post trendy boy name. Nothing I would choose but no particular objection to it.

Don't like it at all

the first thing I think of is the weird 70s TV show Logan's run. From that, the first things I remember are the life gemstones on their hands and the scene where (I think) Logan is flipping through some sort of "television" that isn't a TV, but it transports real people into the place via a remote and back out again if Logan isn't interested. I remember him rejecting a few, including a guy. I saw this series when I was a small child and never again and I always assumed it was a weird sex thing. Because of this its basically the only thing I remember of the series aside from the gemstones and the fact that people are killed once they reach 30.

Aside from that, I once had a sims townie randomise with the name Logan and it was a female sim. One of my sims dated her. I now view it as a unisex name.

I like the name, but I will always think of the weird sex teleporter before anything else.
