The year is 2010. Percy retired this year, and he and Della decided to move into a bigger house with more land, to make room for their growing number of grandchildren running through the halls. Joy and Todd have given Jaxon 3 new younger siblings, a little boy and two girls. Their second child is starting kindergarten this year. Nate and Octavia had their wedding in 2005, before moving to Boston, Massachusetts. They originally did not want children, however after 4 years of marriage, they decided they wanted to try for a kid. After their daughter was born this year, Octavia and Nate decided they wanted to move a little closer to family, and since both of their parents live in the midwest, they chose Ann Harbor, Michigan. Unfortunately, Auguste was diagnosed with Dementia in early 2003, and passed away as a result of it two years ago, in 2008. Madge struggled greatly after the loss of Auguste, and eventually moved in with Della and Percy, where she has enjoyed spending time with her great-grandchildren. Moira met her girlfriend while studying fine arts in New York. Similarly, Cécile moved to Paris to attend Université PSL where she met her current boyfriend.
