I like Arwen and would use it IRL, with the nickname Ari.
Ottoline is interesting, as a character it sounds like it would be somebody's eccentric rich aunt.
(Is the "line" supposed to be sound more French (leen) or German (lee-nə)? My instinct is to say "leen" but I'm not sure.)

My instinct would be to say leen too.
