I pasted the rules from a website:
To start, there will be a list of nine names. The person posting will select three girls’ names she/he loves, then three that she/he like, and three that ‘lose’ and are dropped from the list. Then, the poster adds girls’ new names to the list. It continues for as long as people play.
List: Celeste, Addison, Bethany, Katrina, Alexandria, Charlotte, Olivia, Wanda, Elowen
