I have been thinking a lot about this since I read your message. I think I'm confused by the "micro generation" terminology, because to me what you're describing sounds more like what I'd call a timeless or ageless name - something that works on multiple eras and human ages. Like Julia, Elizabeth, James or William (in English culture).
But I think you maybe mean something else. Do you mean... A trendy name that is popular for 20 to 30 years (the span of a generation)?

This means, for example, names that are popular with both Generation X and Millennials but are unpopular with other generations.
