Béla is very handsome. I mostly associate with Lugosi, which adds some gothic glamour to it and also a sense of tragedy too given his struggles with substance abuse and ultimate death. I agree that it can sound feminine if you think "
Bella", but if you get rid of that association it's a perfectly fine male name and quite dashing and dramatic in its own way. Paired with the right more-traditionally-masculine name I think it can be lovely. I do think you'd have to have Hungarian association to pull it off in real life, but maybe if you're a big fan of classic horror and Lugosi you could own it as a middle name choice.
