Catherine Rose is pretty. I would pick that one.
Catherine Rosalia or Catherine Rosalind or Catherine Rosaline are nice, too. Rose-names go well with it.
I would stay away from Catherine Elizabeth, Catherine Marie and Catherine Michelle. Michelle dates the combo and the other two are too standard and therefore kind of bland. Catherine Tia also doesn't work, the names just don't go nicely together.
