[Opinions] What's your favorite 'old fashioned' name?
It wasn't usually my style because it felt too old or unfamiliar (This does not apply to all old fashioned names and In the same vein I'm not interested in mythological names). But recently, after taking a poll of the names I personally associate with older people and asking myself about my own tastes, I decided that while I'm not a huge fan of old-fashioned names, but old fashioned names aren't that bad. So I asked a question. This also applies to those that have already comeback.

I actually tend to love old-fashion names. My fiancé says it's my naming style. LOLAgnes (though I prefer the French pronunciation)

I love the name Cecil (sehs-el) and Lawrence might be considered old fashioned? I also love Asa, Bobby, Clyde, Harlan, Jimmy and Lynn. And Cynthia, Denise, Frederica, Gwennie, Loveday, Ottoline, Pam and Rosemarie.

Um, I'll take this to mean "of names that I consider unusably old-fashioned, which is my favorite" because "names that are old" is too wide a category...in which case, Kermit is high up there.

I must say that as a 72 year old American it blows my mind that anyone considers Heather and Erica to be "old-fashioned", as the average Heather in the USA will be turning 49 this year and the average Erica will only be 41. They both still seem like young names to me! :)
