Josephina I always read the Spanish way with an H sound. That makes it more palatable to me than the J way.
I like Joanna very much and might consider it IRL. Johanna has the European pronunciation here - you'aHUNah - which I quite like but wouldn't use. I'm fine with Joseph for a boy: had a wonderful Uncle Joe! But Josephine fails to interest me, and Josephina is worse. I really dislike the rhythm.
