Cute as a nickname for Isabel, but horrible as a name on its own.

My niece is Isabelle nn Izzy. It competely fits her - she's a ray of sunshine and very outgoing. It's perfect for her, far better than Belle would have been.

I like it, it’s cute! I would use as it as a nn for Isadora or Isadore.

I sometimes get called Izzy and I hate it!

It's a good nick for Isabel/la. The sort of nickname that only sticks to certain people.
Some Isabellas might be Izzy, some Bella, some Bel, etc, and some might not take a nick.
But if she prefers Izzy, and people who know her are inclined to use it, it's good.
