It's awfully similar to Elena.

Eliana is one of my least favorite (legitimate) names, and while I love when masculine names are far less popular than their female counterparts, I don't care for Eliano. Jo is confusing because I know of it exclusively as a filler female middle name.

I'd have preferred something more different from his sisters' names. Is Elèna correctly spelt? And, Jo where I live is fem; boys are Joe.

Eliano Jo feels weirdly liminal here, a weak echo of his sister's names. Eliano is basically Elena, and Jo is just Jolie cut off. Eliano Jo doesn't feel like a real name for a real person. Sorry :(

You literally announced Eliano's birth yesterday. What do you mean you "already had" him?
