Most adults don't call their doctors Dr. Firstname.
There's a difference, I think, between January and Kinsley and something like Muffin or Rascal.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!

Years ago, I made a similar comment and was mocked mercilessly. In *your* opinion, Rascal and Muffin are stranger than January and Kinsley. Others might think they are all strange names, or that they are all normal because they have seen names that are even stranger in their eyes. People who are close to their doctors might use their first name, who knows?

Most people don't call presidents by their first names either
I was just saying I see a lot of people (not specifically on this board) that use the debate of not being able to picture a president, doctor, CEO, etc. with more creative names
