The "ae" in these Valyrian names alternates between being pronounced like a long-A, or like the æsc / "ash" during the Roman Empire. Application of this, admittedly, seems a bit inconsistent, but for the names you asked about:
Rhaena = Raina
Elaena = Elena / Alaina
Daemon = Damon
Saera = Sarah
Aenys = Ennis
Aerea = ...I think this one is eh-RAY-uh? Alas, I don't know.
